The Monel 401 nickel alloy manufactured by LORK has proved itself to be an outstanding alloy material with good creep-rupture strength and great heat and corrosion resistance in years of industrial applications. 

Monel 401 (UNS N04401 / W.Nr. 2.0842) is used primarily in specialized electrical and electronic applications. Monel 401 is readily autogenously welded by the gas-tungsten-arc process. Resistance welding is a very satisfactory method for joining the material. It also exhibits good brazing characteristics.
