1. Raw material composition analysis:
ICP, GDMS and other equipment are used to detect and analyze the metal impurity content to ensure that the purity meets the standard: carbon sulfur analyzer, oxygen analyzer and other equipment are used to detect the non-metallic impurity content.
2. Metallographic flaw detection analysis:
The target material is tested by flaw detection equipment to ensure that there are no defects or shrinkage holes inside the product; the target material is tested by metallographic testing to ensure that the grain is fine.
3. Appearance size detection:
The product size is measured by micrometer and precision caliper to ensure that it meets the requirements of the drawing; the surface finish and cleanliness of the product are measured by surface cleanliness meter.
