Introduction

LORK exports a wide range of Hastelloy C2000 Tube, which performs brilliantly in large temperature and concentration ranges. Hastelloy Alloy C2000 Seamless Tubing is stiffer than most austenitic stainless steels, and more energy is required during cold forming. ASTM B626 Alloy C2000 Seamless Tubing also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen. The specified Carbon content across Hastelloy C2000 EFW Tubes is 0.015 percent at the max, and Silicon content of 0.10 percent max.
The quenching by water after the complete solution annealing of Hastelloy C2000 ERW Pipes is preferred for cold processed alloy prior to welding. These are very good oxidation and carburization resistance. Hastelloy C2000 Welded Tubes is resistant to an extensive range of corrosive chemicals including sulfuric, hydrochloric & hydrofluoric acids. The weld metal like this is viscous and some torch manipulation is usually necessary.
Hastelloy DIN 2.4675 Tubes has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and superior resistance to localized corrosion as compared to C-276 alloy.
