GH1015 is Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy, the use temperature below 950ºC, alloy to add chromium, tungsten and molybdenum and other elements for solid solution strengthening. The alloy has high plasticity, medium durability and creep strength, good resistance to cold and thermal fatigue, and good processing and welding performance and stability, the main products are cold-rolled sheet, bar, wire and forgings.

Alloys have been used in the manufacture of sheet metal structures such as aeroengine combustion chambers and afterburner cylinders and other high-temperature components.

Gh1015 Applications
 

GH6783 high-temperature alloy has been used to manufacture gap control components such as sealing rings, bearing rings and casings of advanced aircraft engines.
Bolts and other fasteners and bearing shafts and other components serving at medium and high temperatures in ground gas turbines,
Air guide tubes of rocket engines, etc.
Compared with other low expansion high-temperature alloys GH2907 and GH2909, the excellent oxidation resistance and low density of GH6738 alloy are the main characteristics of this alloy. The alloy has excellent performance and structural stability below 700ºC, but poor thermal stability above 750ºC.
