Ti 15Mo is a titanium alloy without Vanadium capable of a multiple properties according to the heat treatment which has been done: low elasticity modulus, high mechanical properties, excellent fatigue resistance, good ductility and weldability, exceptional corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. This metal is mainly used in orthopaedics, trauma, spinal, orthodontics and dental markets.

Orthopedic implants
Used in artificial hip joints, intervertebral fusion devices and bone screws, its flexibility can simulate the mechanical environment of bones.
Surface modification improves wear resistance
Through high-temperature solid carburization (such as graphene, carbon nanotubes) to form a TiC layer, the hardness is increased to 1246 HV (4 times the original), the wear rate is reduced by 82%, and the service life is significantly extended5.
