304D stainless steel is not the real 304. The nickel content of 304d is much lower than that of 304, but the manganese content is similar to that of 201, and its corrosion resistance is lower than that of 304. 304d is actually more similar to 201 in performance. Some factories use 304d to pretend to be 304 for pots, pots, cans and other contact food products to deceive users. The first is the difference in material content: 304 is the most common general-purpose stainless steel material on the market. Usually the chromium content is 18 chromium, and the nickel content is 8 nickel. In terms of chemical composition, 304D has a nickel content of only 2.8 nickel, but a manganese content of 7 manganese, so strictly speaking, 304D is not a 304 material, although its chromium content reaches 18.
